Reminds me of the wonderful scene in the Ox Bow Incident, where the angry lynch mob with torches surrounds the jail holding the cattle rustlin’ suspect. That quote is actually one of the big unasked questions floating out there right now. I have yet to hear a journalist ask any of these republicans babbling on about impeachment…“what exactly are the grounds for impeachment? Be specific”

Which is a pretty clear indication that the media isn’t concerned about the Constitution or actual law breaking. They just want to cover another impeachment…it did wonders for their ratings last time.

…isn’t it interesting that since Boehner has said that nobody is seriously talking about impeachment, that now when a republican group starts talking about impeachment…they are a “fringe” group all of a sudden. Seems like it was just yesterday that the TP was most definitely alive and well and taking control of the GOP, now they are merely a fringe group…wait, what? That WAS yesterday??

Then color me confused.

Boehner has created a much bigger problem than I think he realizes. The TP is not going to just forget about the lawsuit or impeachment after November. They are going to be feeding themselves a steady diet of talking about impeachment…and after talking about that long, they are going to want to actually try it.
