Mueller has a flair for the dramatic and cliffhangers, just like Trump, but obviously with more subtlety and class.
“These facts do not constitute all of the facts known to the parties…”
“Following his arrest, defendant PAPADOPOULOS met with the Government on numerous occasions to provide information and answer questions.”

Twelve (12) felony charges are not “head fake indictments”. They aren’t some Chinese hoax either. They are serious charges. And people aren’t “head faked” into custody. Manafort and his associate were arrested.
C’mon David, you can do better than this weak defense.

The media is focusing on the Manafort indictment, but this seems pretty goddamn large right now. Not only is it prima facie evidence of collusion by the campaign (if not high levels), it means Papadopoulos is already cooperating and may have provided enough to go after the next higher people.

ETA: huh.

Oops…

On or about March 31, 2016, defendant PAPADOPOULOS attended a “national
security meeting” in Washington, D.C., with then-candidate Trump and other foreign policy
advisors for the Campaign. When defendant PAPADOPOULOS introduced himself to the
group, he stated, in sum and substance, that he had connections that could help arrange a meeting**
between then-candidate Trump and President Putin.

Look how healthy she looks here in her early Goebbels days. Sad what a continuous diet of right wing praganda will do to a gal. Now she’s Goebbel’s doppelgänger
