No surprise here. I confess, after watching Morning Joe this morning, I felt a little dirty, but quickly took a shower and got it out of my system. Barbour is downright creepy scary.
So is Haley Barbour not offended by the Nazi swastika?
Is he not offended by the flag of a treasonous set of state out to destroy these United States? Is he not offended by the symbol of white supremacy and slavery and bigotry?
Haney Barbour is by his complacency a racist, a treasonous SOB, and unfit for public office or to receive any pensions or benefits from government.

Doesn’t surprise me that former governor of Mississippi the gallant son of the south, grand poo ba of the kkk, boss hogs twin has no problem with white privilege and that roll of toilet paper known as the confederate flag, this boy makes old johnny reb mighty proud!

And those are exactly the follow-up questions that should have been asked. I just don’t understand what counts for “news pundits” these days. Relevant questions to ask:
“Does slavery offend you?”
“How about racism? White supremacy?”
If and when he presumably answers “yes” to those, then ask, well why doesn’t the confederate flag offend you, since that flag expressly represents those concepts?

The swastika never really bothered Goebbels or KKK members either. Interesting bit on Wilmore last night about neo Nazi demonstrators in Europe waving the Swastika AND Confederate flag.

Who better to ask if he is offended by a symbol of oppression than one of the oppressors.
