Discussion for article #244280
There’s certainly a part of Congress and the Supreme Court that will be relegated to a sad part of our history.
As it is. As it has always been.
Education is key. A mind is a terrible thing to waste.
With a sterling example of how Trump thinks government works and a wonderful example of his deep understanding of our constitutional republic, The Donald has made it known that, with reference to the President’s executive order, he will “…veto that. He will unsign that on day one.”
Words fail! Does that mofo’ have the slightest idea, a remote clue, of how our system works? (<<< rhetorical question.)
Trump: "The Second Amendment. It’s so great to me."
He’s a fu*king child and a total idiot. But, he “…speaks their language.” Indeed he does!
Just started to watch Matthews and the Bill Clinton stuff.
Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.
I guess they can’t stand the fact that the Clintons are still together and have raised a fine daughter.
I hope all those republicans who have cheated on their wives are as happy. I know I felt pretty sad for the family of David Vitter, to name one, when he lost the election.
I didn’t
Vitter is a nasty mutt who got off, while two women died.
His wife knew his ‘stripe’ after the Palfrey matter.
Fk him n screw her
The heads of Republicans and the Gun Nutz™ will explode over this. Should be awesome to watch.
Pass the popcorn, please.
I guess there will be a run on assault rifles and ammo now.
“Obama Moves Forward With New Gun Restrictions.”
TeaPartyPatriotSovereignCitizenConstitutionalFreedomLibertyMinutemenFederalistPlantationMilitia™ compares POTUS to Hitler in 3, 2, 1….
Commonsense things like this should not be onerous.
Same as it ever was…

It’s game on!
Good.
There’s a group called Everytown for Gun Safety which is prepared to bring the gun control battle to individual states because they realize the Congress is useless even after Newtown, which was one of the biggest disappointments of Obama’s presidency. Everytown is funded by big money backers including Bloomberg of NY. The NRA spent $32.5 in 2015 on campaigns and lobbying, but Everytown received $36 million in contributions last year, and Bloomberg plans to contribute $50 million of his own money to this effort. There’s hope on the horizon and there have been small victories on the ground in Connecticut, Virginia and Delaware and even Michigan…
Well … that’s it … I’m not voting for him come November ! —
This is a courageous move by our President.
Shows why it’s vital a Democrat wins the next election, or we go back to nothing because it’s clear Congress will do nothing.
As the gun nut “Patriots” scream “Obama’s come for our guns!” and pretend they have a grievance, a right to revolution, in Oregon.
Congress denied the will of the people after Newtown. Now we are heard. (This one’s also for you, Joe!)
The next thing you know he will go after the 3rd Amendment. All of those folks quartering soldiers.
I would hope they beef up the staff at ATF who investigate and prosecute straw purchasers and rogue dealers.
