The military has been using air conditioning tents in the Middle East for decades now as our Unending War on Terrorism marches on and on and on.
We might as well send these kids to a refugee camp in Syria where at least the mothers there could comfort them. Right now toddlers are being left without any human contact to deal with their grief. It doesnât get any more uncivilized than that. Air conditioning is the least of their problems.
