Federal judges apparently didn’t read or misinterpreted the SCOTUS recent softening of the Voting Rights Act per-review requirements opinion that racism has been solved and no longer plays any part in voter ID laws or gerrymandering. SAD

Imagine that! Here’s how it works: if you vote the GOP into a majority you won’t be able to get rid of them if things go bad. First order of Biz for a GOP’er is entrenching themselves. They gerrymander, impose voting restrictions, bust Unions ( perceived to be Democratic sources of funding and limit voting options to favor their kind. Every state that has succumbed to GOP’ers has done this. Their fellow GOP’ers on SCOTUS affirmed it with the ruling that rolled back protection from it.
They’ll wait for Gorsuch to get on the Court and take it there. They’ll get what they want.
But it’s an ill wind that blows no good. States like Michigan and Texas are artificially GOP’er. In time that will out.

Way too premature in my opinion. Every ruling, that is not in favor of Republicans, will be overturned. It just might take some time.
