So, if you are unemployed, what do you do? Not take the minimum wage job and hold out for a better offer, otherwise you have failed at life?
Completely ignoring that 1) the minimum wage puts upward pressure on wages for those making slightly more than minimum wage, the policy goes far beyond those just making minimum wage 2) balances the playing field between employers trying to squeeze out a bit more profit and workers desparate to survive.

Considering how many jobs have been lost due to shipping them overseas and automation, many people who lost jobs in those industries are damned lucky to have even a minimum wage job.

I wonder how many of the $32k/year regular Limbaugh listeners are aware that people like Erickson quietly think to themselves that anyone making less than $200k a year is a “loser.”
