Discussion: Economy Adds X Jobs In October, Unemployment Falls To X Percent

I just sent a scathing email to the DNC, telling them how outraged I am at how they ran this election, and that when they have someone like me this outraged, who has been a loyal Dem for my entire voting life, as has my entire family, that they are at huge risk for losing many more voters.

I told them that they need to get rid of everyone they have in power positions now, starting with Reid, and stop stabbing this President in the back, which is what has so many of us Dems the most outraged. I told them their strategy sucks, their strategists suck, and they need to clean house, and stop being the stupid party when it comes to running elections. Now I am going to send the same email to the DSCC and the DCCC, and I urge all of the rest of us who are so angry at how badly they screwed up this election to do the same. We all need to direct our anger at those who deserve it, our own party who basically laid down and handed this election to the teabags.

They certainly need to get Dean back and stop using the dimwits they used this cycle. It’s almost as if these guys were saboteurs on Koch payroll, seriously.
Yeah, but it was Udall, Hagan and company who whined to Schultz and they whined they’d lose the election if that happened.

They’re so dumb. The reason Obama was doing it right before the elections was so Latinos would go vote for them, so Obama said ok whatever dudes. Seriously, they looked a gift horse in the mouths. Now they want to blame Obama, yeah right!!
They need to get their money back from Koch. LOL.

OMG you nailed it as to what my biggest issue with my own party is. Remember when they had the entire government under Bush, and all of them worshiped the ground he walked on and rubber stamped all of his losing and debt laden agenda? Well we see how they are being blamed for the mess they created, that this President has been cleaning up don’t we? They call the GOTP the stupid party, but in their evil genius are they? Today I feel that it is my party that is the stupid party, for meekly allowing the GOTP’s evil genius to win, and even worse than that, by stabbing this President in the back over and over again as you said, they actually played right into their evil game…

I sent them a brief email with suggestions yesterday.
But I’ll do what you say direct them to these pages so they can see for themselves, we were the butt of GOTP strategists joke.

Yeah, good observation. They are evil geniuses in a way, but they’re more devilishly cunning than smart.

So true on all counts.

Yeah, Obama is the smartest, best, most gifted and intelligent president we’ve had since LBJ and Kennedy IMO.

These idjits just can’t stomach that. Burn doucheys, burn.

What was that Boehner was saying yesterday at his news ?,conference about the ACA killing jobs ?

“Recently
I’ve been on a bit of a mission to disprove all this nonsense that I’m
constantly reading from people who claim President Obama has been a
terrible president. While I know he hasn’t been perfect, it’s just
stunning to me how often I hear people say how awful he’s been despite
how successful he’s actually been. And this is a president who’s had
practically no help from any Republicans in Congress. But not only have
Republican not helped him at all, but they’ve done their best to
sabotage his presidency at every turn. - See more at:

Let’s just hope that this President has learned his lesson, and uses these next two years to sign every Executive Order he can to get as much of his agenda through. He owes no allegiance to anyone at this point, even his own party. You know they are probably now blaming him for their epic loss, when he did what they wanted and they still lost, so if they are now telling him not to do anything that will risk them in 2016, I know what I would be telling them. I would tell them that, since they seem to want to blame me for their epic stupidity in running away from my record, screw them, because now it is my legacy I am going to worry about.

Exactly. GOTP can’t do nada, because they can’t convict on impeachment without 67 votes, and those voting to impeach can kiss their careers good bye.
Americans may be racist but the majority expect some sanity.
No way Dems would sabotage 2016 and go along with that folly from the party of crazies. Will never happen, so Obama just needs to veto and pass some important, strategic legacy executive orders.

Yep, and the Dems persist in being the skinny kid on the beach, who stands there and let’s the bullies continue to kick sand in his face. The only way to defeat bullies is to stand up to them, and if you have to be just as cunningly evil, then so be it. Our politics, thanks to the fascist five on the SCOTUS and citizens United, is a whole different game today, and unless the Dems start realizing they need to play dirty ball too, then we will continue to lose.

Answered that for you yesterday. Don’t you read my replies or are you being mean? Like you better when you’re sad. Even offered you condolences yesterday. The thanks I get. Jeez.

Meanwhile, the voters elected Republicans–who have done everything in their collective bags of dirty tricks to prevent this recovery—to a majority in the House and Senate. Go figure.

Yeah, the most urgent order of business is to tip the scale of GOTP SCOTUS, so we can reverse this buying of elections ordained by Koch owned SCOTUS.

Ed used to be a rabid right wing radio host, and then supposedly after seeing what a douche Bush was decided he was actually a liberal. As we have been discussing here about Ed, he seems to be a little bipolar in his political leanings as far as I can see. Basically there are only three liberals left on MSNBC, Rachel, Chris Hayes, and Lawrence. Their daytime lineup is almost as bad as Fox any more, and do not even get me started on either Russert and Todd.

Yeah, that’s right. But what about reverend Al, isn’t he a Liberal too? He’s always supported Dems, Obama and equal rights. Chris Matthews is just insane, that guy’s just a nutjob blowhard. What a kook.

Bashir was great, I can’t believe they got rid of him over a gaffe. Seriously over bashing Palin too. Yeah, what he said was gross but she’s said much worse in other ways.
Hayes used to have these anti Obama guests on a lot, but lately he’s pretty good, you’re right.

We’ve got a bunch of pretend liberals in the media. When the rubber hits the road on issues that impact the poor and middle class, they are nowhere to be found.
To many, liberalism is little more than a lifestyle choice. After the end of the Vietnam War and the draft, the perception of the Democratic Party as a voice for the working class and for liberals changed.
As the counter-culture youth became co-opted by marketers, being liberal became just as much about driving an exotic foreign car, buying the trendy blue jeans, going to the hip clubs and listening to the “right” underground rock group.
In the early to mid-1960’s, the left included a broad mix of people, from lunch bucket types to priests, nuns and ministers, to World War II vets. It was a vital force, willing to march on Washington.

The job growth rate is just getting back to normal, and people put the ones who messed it the first place back in power so they can do it all over again, how unbelievably stupid.

Sorry. I forgot to go back to see your replies. I was interrupted by work. Be nice Darcy, please. No need for the insults. So instead of my having to go back, just tell me

I know it’s truly nauseating. The only ones who don’t do this like sashamom said are Lawrence, Rachel and Chris Hayes lately, and also Reverend Al Sharpton. The rest like you say make you want to turn the channel.

It’s groundhog day all over again every midterm with these stupid dinosaurs voting against themselves AND us.
They don’t have the foresight to get that things have been going downhill fast ever since Ronald Reagan became president.
