This guy should have been sent to Pelican Bay ( or its NY equivalent) for a year he might have actually learned to be a rational being then rather then a delushal fool.

Okeefe attempts to bug a member of the Senate intelligence committeeâs phone and gets loose probation, a bible belt kid hacks a Yahoo account ( really thats like taking a car with the keys left in the ignition) of the Wasilla barbie, which she is illegally using to get around Alaska and Federal open records laws, and he gets hard time in jail.
Segialman gets hard time from a wife beating judge for a bogus charge where the person accused of offering a bride is acquitted while this doofus gets a slap on the wrist and gets to play a mytre card for personal fundraising with out any discomfort.
At least I would hope, probably erroneously, that this conviction will preclude him from ever getting a Concealled weapons permit. If he is this stupid with a check book and clearly defined laws god knows how inane he would be with a firearm.

I was sourly disappointed that he doesnât go to an actual jail, but if they spend eight months doing vocational training, showing him what real people do to contribute to society for their daily bread, maybe heâll learn something. Heâs never been anything but an opinion-rag editor, adviser, commentator, blatherer etc. If he stocked shelves at a Wal-Mart for a couple of months it might be a revelation.

I dislike DâSoussa-phoney, however, I think 30k in fines, 8 months in a âhalfway houseâ and 5 years probation is fitting punishment.
Not just for him, but for most non-violent folks who we put into the system.
I despise the fact that we have over 2 million people in the system to begin with, so as much as my petty side would like to see him take a year cooling his heals, if it was just a normal block head who did this, I would be fine with the sentence handed down.
