What a moron.

You were “high profile” because that was exactly how you wanted it.

And if that’s the case, it means that everyone was watching you-Also exactly what you wanted.

Why so mad?

He’s now more into “Victoria” decor…

No, Mr. Schock. You were targeted because you committed financial irregularities.

“High profile”
Gee, back in my day, we used the term “raging queen”.

Now some of that stuff is not as "sizzley.”

Will make a nice epitath for him…

Shut up, pipsqueak.

I don’t understand why the charges were dropped. Is this just another case of the rich and powerful getting away with stuff? I am so sick of that.

High profile and multiple confirmed thefts of taxpayer money, campaign funds, travel expenses, and the bad taste to redecorate your office like an Elvis themed whorehouse. Like charging for 150,000 miles more than the odometer showed on your shiny new truck.

ETA I believe he is saying he is old enough to know better and young enough to do it again.

TPM, what is with you this morning?

An unsubstantiated Politico piece, more useless Susan Collins comments, and a Morning Joe interview with a young narcissist.

Readers expect better. This one does, anyway.

What I tell myself every morning while shaving

“Now that I’m not an alleged felon, I think there are more opportunities that I can explore”

AOC called to remind him being high profile doesn’t mean you have to commit crimes…

ETA: Omar called and said FU, try being a brown, Muslim woman with a headscarf. Trying to be a Beefcake is not high profile.

I always thought he was kind of a silly guy but what’s with the Chicago prosecutors doing a review and pretty much dropping everything? Seems to suggest the original charges were hugely excessive, like he pushed the envelope a bit with expensing things and they applied charges to everything in this draconian way.

Another fine example of America’s two-tiered criminal justice system.

Schock - Sizzley Stuff Is No More

“Now that I’m not an alleged felon, I think there are more opportunities that I can explore,” he said.

Translation: Fox “News,” are you hiring?

(P.S. Not “an alleged felon”? Last I checked, admitting to a misdemeanor is still admission of committing a crime.)

You’re still a sleazebucket. You’ll always have that.

Sure, but a misdemeanor is not a felony. So he’s now a convicted criminal, rather than an alleged felon.
