Discussion: DNC Decides To Omit Fox News From Debates, Cites New Yorker Article

Never should have gone there in the first place, Tom. Glad you finally realized it.

So, so tired of the blatantly false story on the right that Fox is anything but, indeed was designed to be, a GOP propanganda outlet. I hope this is a positive step in ripping off that veneer of ‘journalism.’

In prior years, I would’ve been ok with going on FOX. This year, no. Fox is essentially running the government and is an integral part of the cover ups and obstruction strategy directed by Trump.

Yes! This is the correct move. I am so sick and tired of hearing so-called liberals saying that Dems need to get their message out to people who normally wouldn’t hear it. Guess what? Anyone who is watching Fox News isn’t interested in hearing Democrats message, no matter what it is. That’s just a BS excuse. Let the feral trumpers watch the debates televised on a real network.

They’re not a news outlet but a propaganda outfit. I’d sooner prefer RT asking the questions.

Damn, we’re going to miss Ainsley Earhardt’s probing queries regarding international monetary policy as relates to currency exchange rates and service sector trade deficits. Shit!

Find some independent radio stations throughout the “red” states and support them so that they can carry the broadcast. They have an audience that may be interested and capable of making itself felt.

Why bother with the excuse of the New Yorker article?
Just turn on State TV. Any time of day or night. There is your answer DNC.

It is about time Fox was treated as the propaganda outlet that it has always been. More of this please.

That the DNC needed to even think about his blows my mind at how out of touch they really are.

And you know they would find a way to mess any broadcast up - bad chyrons, inaccurate chyrons. All so they could say they were fair and balanced.

Can confirm.

Wise choice.

And, in the interests of “Fair and Balanced” they’d ask sh*t questions like, “When, exactly, did you decide to start eating babies?”

ETA: before you start laughing over this comment, know that there is currently a book on Amazon’s best-seller list called, “QAnon: An Invitation to the Great Awakening". It has no states author but claims that Dems murder and eat children. Man, I’m not even joking on this…

“…largest TV news audience in America, which includes many persuadable gullible voters.”

Incredible. They do have good evidence of Democratic baby-eating, though. Have you seen this outtake from the last Democratic National Convention? It’s chilling!

Agreed, and I also think this needs to be a policy going forward. Let them have their little bubble. We’re never going to penetrate it, but we can quarantine it and refuse to give it any oxygen. Maybe that won’t change anything in the near term, but I suspect it certainly will long term.
