Just because he’s gay doesn’t mean he can’t be a misogynistic coprolith.

I don’t think that’s a Twinkie.

Kind of a fish nugget?

When you’ve got nuthin’, you’ve got nuthin’ to lose.

gross

Why is it that the Republican Party attracts this kind of low character candidate? He doesn’t seem able to keep on message of governance, and rather slips easily into sleazy and cheap behavior, time after time. The FBI is investigating the allegations of sexual harassment of his former aide, so we’ll see what comes of that, but the allegations and accusations keep coming.

When I was in college decades ago, there were guys – typically frat rats or jocks – who thought it was cute and funny to make disparaging remarks about an unattractive woman within her hearing.

I thought then and now it to be a form of sadism.

GOPers behaving dickishly. In other news, the sun came up this morning.

Republican outreach reaches new heights.

I think it was a poor decision to publish this woman’s picture in connection with this story. Making the mockery of her a public news story strikes me as being as bad as the initial offense.

My guess is that’s some sort of fetish picture, so the woman in it isn’t ashamed of her appearance. Takes all kinds, you know.

is it really necessary to publish the photo of this unidentified woman …

Three times no less, and clearly used as click bait on the front page…

DeMaio has a strong backing in the local LGBT community, but at this rate he’s going to alienate them in a hurry. Nobody wants to be associated with this creep.

Frat boys.

Bet he didn’t cite his source for the artwork either. You don’t pass on a photo without, at a minimum, citing the source. Preferably you get the artist’s permission also, but AT LEAST citing a source. That’s a copyright violation.

Just because it’s on the internet doesn’t mean you’re allowed to use it for free!

On a not-unrelated note, I see that TPM has not cited the source for this image either. And NO, the email is not a valid source. It’s not that hard. Just google the image Here…

Right-click on image.
Search google for this image.
Now look through the results.

Looks like it was originally a profile pic for a user on Steam with the username Fat Sally from New Zealand who hasn’t been on for four years. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197996404265/ I can’t tell you much more about it than that since it’s not in English, but there you go. I’m not 100% sure that’s the original source of the image, but it looks like it. I’m sure someone who was, I dunno… maybe a journalist, could find out.

The point is, you CITE your image sources! Better yet, you ask this Fat Sally woman if you can use her photo and maybe give her a chance to ask for a royalty for it’s use. Images are NOT free! Even if they’re just selfies. You cite the source and you ask permission!

More to the point, it’s actually a copyright violation. That is her image and if you did not ask permission to use it, you aren’t allowed. Now, realistically, I doubt she’s going to sue anyone over a selfie, but it’s still illegal.
