Lesson? Never, ever think your vote won’t make a difference.

Boom! Trump said we’d win so much we’d get tired. He’s right I guess. I’m not that tired though…

What the?!!?! I followed this recount process for weeks after the election, hoping to see a shift. When it never came, I finally gave up. Apparently I needed a bit more patience! Wow, go Ms. Simonds!

She will, henceforth, be known as Landslide Shelly.

(For those who don’t remember, look up “Landslide Lyndon.”)

Who said “Democracy is not pretty”?

Cue the rigged election crowd in 3 … 2 … 1 …

One should memorize the district VA-94 in the 2017 state election and have it ready for rollout whenever anyone complains that his vote won’t count. In most cases it does not. In some cases it does. And in some, extremely rare cases, the balance of power in the entire state might depend on it. “Extremely rare” does not mean “never”, as VA-94 demonstrates. Well done, goddess Fortuna!

Seconded. The Electoral College may screw things up, but remember in lower races every vote counts

Drumpf: Clearly Voter Fraud. Obama himself was counting the votes. I only trust Putin.

Wow! What great news. One vote. Sounds like something that only happens to Republicans.

I’m not that tired either. It’s hard to sit still sometimes when I think about the midterms now in only 10.5 months.

I hear ya – and if the Republicans keep doing what they just did today, we’ll have little problem reminding our people of why it’s important to show up and vote.

And this when we hear the House will have to vote again on the tax bill.

I hope the R’s are watching.

Once again, never assume your vote doesn’t count. It may not much of the time, but you’ll never know when it will.

From the article:

The parties may have to reach a power-sharing agreement to avoid chaos in the House.

BWAAAHAAHAAA!

Since when have Republicans ever tried to avoid chaos?
