actually, the reasopn Trumpās taxes matter is that they would PROVE our worries are well founded (or not) and that would really make a difference, as long as they can cast doubt on our doubts, they can justify themselves.
Take away their smokescreen and they are naked.

This article is in todayās paper, and It scare the beejeezus out of me. The red state legislatures can act with impunity on any issue they want, and the accompanying maps of where they are and how clearly. entrenched they are should scare us all. Top is control of House and Senate by the party, the second is where the R governor is in control of the party.

Pascrell cant do it on his own. The Committee has to do it, and the chairman controls its agenda.
But we can make lots of noise by calling and writing Brady to encourage him to do it.

Well put. The CONservatives, Republicans, main stream media, alt right media, have, for personal profit and gain, propagated a belief system on low information content folks. Tea Party is great, Oācare is bad, zero sum game with Democrats, Liberals, etc. Now this belief system is collapsing, but unlike the unmasking of the Great and Mighty Oz, these folks will probably not go quietly into the night. I suspect it will be the former sleeple, 2nd Amendment Rights, versus the white supremacist folks in law enforcement.
