No doubt he paid them to iie. Dig these folks up and find out
How much debt did Trump forgive for each testimonial?
These “testimonials” aren’t going to reassure anyone but the most diehard Trump devotees. I wonder what the going rate is to get a Trump University student to provide such a statement?
edit: We were all typing at the same time. I would bet that crackerjack is right - debt forgiveness would be very appealing to these rubes.
If it were me representing the plaintiffs, this woman would have a deposition subpoena duces tecum shoved in her face within a few hours. Among other things, I’d be after all her bank records and all bank records of anything she’s associated with, etc. How much did he pay her? If she can testify to the public, she can fucking testify to a court.
Edit: Yes…I am why you hate litigators.
I am sure they have been paid to lie.
You need to know the CONTEXT within which these testamonials were given. They could have been given under the guise of false promise! Say this or you do not get that! These are taken out of context!
Oh boy, I can’t wait for the followup on these ‘success’ stories.
“Trump University officials often pressured individuals into signing up for the $35,000 program even when it was obvious the decision was a financial hardship.”
Donald Trump just might be the single best example of something I once read in a best-seller:
“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?”
The first guy is the CEO of World Protection Group – a security company – anyone want to bet Trump uses these guys (or did before getting SS protection)?
And they learned to do that at Trump U.
Syllabus: Learn to lie and get rich.
said Michelle Gunn who is identified in the video as an entrepreneur and real estate investor
Yep, and “Joe” was a plumber.
I hope these folks are ready to be investigated like “Joe” was too. Entrepreneur could just mean playing scratch-offs, and the real estate could be the pad next to hers (as soon as she puts a new trailer on it).
Except Trump would never lend to his rubes. He know’s they’re not good for it.They owe it to Visa and MasterCard.
He may’ve found three shills to sing his praises but it pales magnificently in the sheer number of rubes who are suing him.
That was very fast —
My my … they ARE worried … aren’t they —
@irasdad…that’s in 2 Corinthians where it says “He who has the most gold wins, because Je$u$ like, ya know, loves me more than poor people…obviously!” Not the picture of a very Trump-esque successful woman. On a scale of 1-10…
Out of all of the people who invested their own funds in this - show me 5 people who made a tangible improvement in their lives - got a better job - got a raise - by having invested their own money in this & taken & passed classes in this scam
Here’s the ultimate test -
Name one company that would provide tuition reimbursement for any classes take at Trump University.
