Discussion: Cruz Won't Rule Out Jumping Back Into Presidential Race

I complained because there was too much Trump on TPM. Now we have stories about Cruz. I was wrong. Go back to Trump, please.

You know he will do something insane at the convention…sort of like forcing a shut down of the government when everybody told him it was a deadend, but he did it anyway. He listens to no man…only the voices in his head he likes to call Gawd.

He’s holding on to those delegates he managed to sway his way (by hook and by crook) like they were golden turds on top of the GOP shit pile.

I hope at the convention, Trump just leaves a loop of Ted eating his own booger playing on the big screens.

Hey, there is ALWAYS room for a Theocratic Fascist in the Republican Presidential race.
Who else is there to serve the needs of the Christian Dominionist movement if not for the “anointed one”: Ted Cruz?
Surely not the Devotee of Mammon: Donald Trump, or the Whore of Babylon: Hillary Clinton.
Why, if I didn’t know better, I would say that God doesn’t WANT Ted (anointed) Cruz to be President!

How about how Hillary is in Kentucky today and what she’s saying about early childcare for working mothers. That would be a novel idea. Covering the leading Democratic candidate and her proposals and policies for all to know who are too lazy to visit her website. Imagine covering ideas instead of back and forth insults on the Republican side on a daily basis that literally add up to nothing.

It’s all about the click-throughs.
That is what drives the revenue, that is what gets attention.
That is why the MSM is addicted to Trump just like a heroin addict. They need their daily FIX to drive ad revenue.

But we will have plenty of time, in October, to discuss serious issues. Now is the time to paint Trump indelibly as a whacko.

The Devil might make him do it.

Oh, please, oh, please…oh pretty please!!

Yes, it was refreshing to not see the daily Cruz Bowel Movement Report.

How can he jump back in when he was never really in the race? I know. I know. It’s his god’s will and all that jazz. Heidi must have had another vision?

Ted Cruz interviewed by Glenn Beck, and this is actual news how?

So if his people control the platform committee, can they put in a plank requiring the nominee to be named Ted?

I think the sorting hat put all the GOP candidates in Slytherin.

You think there’s too much Trump at TPM? Try visiting Salon sometime. Two thirds of the articles there are about Trump. The other third are divided into two categories:

  1. Why I’m not voting for Bernie Sanders
  2. Why I can’t possibly vote for Hillary Clinton

The Texas senator told Beck that he would “respond accordingly” if he again sees a “path to victory.”

Cruz also dismissed calls for a third party candidate as an alternative to Trump.

“Sheiss, here comes that weird solo…”
