With a majority in the Senate the Tea Bag caucus of the GOTP (Which numbers approximately 52 members.) will have the freedumb to let their inner insanity out. Maybe the next two years will be a great opportunity for the Teahadists to jump the shark big time.

I’ve got a better idea…Obama has the authority to force Congress out of session. He should do it and just recess appoint Lynch. While he’s at it, maybe recess appoint Cruz to be ambassador to East Timor.

This is an easy place for Obama and Reid to assert themselves. Get this done, now, in this Congress. Make a big fight out of it. When the Republicans get furious, go on the tube extolling her qualities and then noting, as an aside, that the Republicans impeached Bill Clinton in a lame duck Congress. Just saying.

Cruz and Lee are the best hope for progressives in the next Congress. I urge them to speak their minds, loudly, boldly, frequently. The nation needs to hear what they have to say. Seriously. Wind them up, feed them well, let them speak…and blow the Republicans into Wasillaville.

Canadian Carnival Cruz and the Bagger Buttwipes (*sounds like a GOP musical group on K Street) wouldn’t be happy and would stall out of pure instinct and reflexive hatred…and would probably stall if the President nominated Alberto Gonzales or John Yoo.
Loretta Lynch is a very capable ‘doer’ and fearless, so she was probably DOA with this idiotic GOPig gaggle from the start.
The President is also playing with the RepubliKKKlans. Obama’s just saying “C’mon, you bastards. I dare ya. I double-dare ya.” and with Cruz already weighing in this way, it’s already working.
The internal wranglings of the Grand Olde Pricks’ party will be epic and, hopefully, very destructive. MMMMM…pass the popcorn.
