Discussion: Corsi Claims Secret Joint Defense Agreement With Trump, Report Says

Corsi being in a joint defense agreement with Trump raises more questions than it answers! If true, of course.

Corsi claims to have a boarding pass for the Trump lifeboat …
Trump … looks down at his shoes …and mutters “never met that man”…

“This saved creating a document that might appear later in some relevant
legal proceeding or newspaper article,” the website cites the book as
saying.

One down, one to go. Let’s see if this is entered as Exhibit 1,436.

Very similar to the Manafort case. He too had (still has?) a JDF with Trump. Both were offered plea deals. Corsi rejected his, while Manafort violated his. Mueller says Corsi lied to the FBI. Mueller says Manafort lied to FBI after he signed his deal. Trump seems freaked about both of them.

Or forthcoming book?! Am I missing something here? A secret agreement with no paper trail that’s now revealed in a boo while the investigation is still active? What the hell is going on here?

A verbal agreement is not actionable in an obstruction case? I ain’t no lawyer so I’ll let others comment???

I’m totally sure we can take his word at face value.

“secret joint defense agreement” not sure if such a thing is even legal.

But again, Corsi is such compulsive liar, that it’s probably impossible for him to tell the truth about anything. Just like mythomaniac Don, that made shit up when practicing with his lawyers .

Since Trump has ‘turned in’ his written answers to Mueller, we should probably be asking: Since both Corsi and Manafort claim to have JDFs with Trump, are any of their alleged lies are reflected in Trump’s answers to Mueller?

“Joint Defense Agreement” is a euphemism for “conspiracy to obstruct justice.”

“Except when he brought me coffee.”

I'm always right. When I'm wrong I admit it. So then I'm right about being wrong.

That doesn’t sound suspicious at all! Nope, not one bit.

Maybe it’s an e-book.

All too obvious. These guys aren’t very smart, are they?

The truth doesn’t always set you free. Sometimes it builds a bigger cage around the one you’re already in.

Totally agree! And you’d have to ask, for what reason would they form such an agreement, when nothing has been made public about a direct connection between them. But you’re right, he’s a compulsive liar.

Not sure why Mr. Kovensky omitted this:

Right-wing author Jerome Corsi claims in a forthcoming book that he has a joint defense agreement with President Donald Trump and was provided limited immunity during his testimony before special counsel Robert Mueller’s grand jury to discuss a “cover story” he claims he crafted for Trump confidant Roger Stone.

Presumably. That’s why it’s being speculated that Mueller waited for Trump to submit his responses
before revealing that he know—and could prove—that Manafort was lying to him. Too late now, Trump.

Another naive question.
If Trump were an unindicted co-conspirator in a case with Corsi might that have an impact on the president’s right to pardon Corsi or add to an obstruction case against the president?

Of corsi we can.
