Forget a Wave Election, this is a Tsunami. Think I’ll take the day after off so I can stay up and watch the West coast come in. Gotta love Trump, he’s destroying the GOP before our eyes.
VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE!!! Don’t get complacent. VOTE!
The sane 60%+ of America sincerely thanks you for your outstanding efforts, Mr. Trump.
From their mouth to [insert deity of your choice here]'s ears.
Early and often!
I’m greedy. I’ve been hoping for 54 seats for a while now. It seemed like forever that Nate Silver’s numbers were staying at 55% or so chance of a Democratic majority in the senate. Then they finally started inching up over the last couple weeks up to the mid 70’s (it’s 73% right now).
But like I said, I’m greedy, so the number I’ve been watching is the percentage of getting 54 or more. It was down in the low to mid single digits for a while, but now is up to 16.7% that we’ll get 54 or more. I’m still hoping!
Can the first week of January be spent confirming PBO’s Federal judges?
Not counting my chickens but, yay!
There better be taco carts on every street corner or I’ll be extremely disappointed.
Hey Republicans! Even when the election is over. You’ve still got a big old orange abscess and an ugly growth to monitor. Doesn’t look good for you. It could be terminal!
~fingers crossed!~
Cook isn’t “reporting” they are “predicting”.
But, hell, this is Lauren Fox.
ManO’Man! When nutcase Glenn Beck sounds like a voice of reason, you know the Cons and Repukes have a world of trouble with which to contend.
Trump’s too fucking crazy for Glenn Beck! Chew on that for a moment:
With Charlie Rose on Tues.
[Glenn Beck made his disdain for GOP nominee Donald Trump clear earlier this month, when he suggested voting for Democrat Hillary Clinton could be a “moral, ethical choice.” Now, the conservative pundit has gone even further, saying that Trump’s behavior seems “possibly sociopathic.”
In an interview with Charlie Rose on Tuesday, Beck said, although he personally will not vote for Clinton, he thought Trump was a sociopath because of his lack of empathy for others and will never consider voting for Trump.
“Have you seen him, during the last year and a half, truly feel for someone that couldn’t help him?” Beck asked. “Truly connect on a human level and say, ‘This has made me stop. This has made me think. I’m deeply sorry for what I have said?’”
“Frightening,” he added.
“It is not acceptable to ask a moral, dignified man to cast his vote to help elect an immoral man who is absent decency or dignity,” Beck said.]
bwwwahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Hats off to Glenn Beck’s therapist!
We’re not there yet. 2008 in the House was a 52-41 Dem win. 2008 in the Senate followed the six seats the Dems won in 2006 with another six. Here we’re just talking about restoring ourselves to a narrow Senate margin which will be very vulnerable in two years and reducing the Republican majority in the House. If Dems actually win the House, even against this gerrymandering, then it’s worthy of big adjectives.
“They are being drowned out by their presidential nominee Donald Trump”
GOOD!
He is exactly what the gop/bag party is! Wear your anchor with pride gop/bag former senators!
But if the Senate becomes a 52-48 advantage, isn’t that unfairly weighted with Democrats? Resulting in phony votes? Reported on by a lying media?
Yes, it could. The question is whether Reid is gonna have the Senate working 24/7 to get it done.
