So, KAC, if Dowd sent out this Tweet, the only way it couldn’t be incriminating for Donald Trump is if Trump did not have knowledge of, approve of, and endorse this Tweet. And, if that is so, why is Mr. Dowd still in Mr. Trump’s employ, since he sent out a Tweet that could put his employer in legal jeopardy? I’ll give you a few minutes to think up an answer, you lying piece of shit. Oh, and I wouldn’t ask your pals on Fox and Friends, since they still haven’t figured out how to use a revolving door or wipe themselves yet.

But…isn’t the lawyer an agent of the client? If the lawyer says something, makes an admission, isn’t that attributable to the client? Especially if Trump (pre)-ratifies what Dowd says by giving him the keys to the twitter account? If Trump didn’t authorize the tweet and believes it to be false, will he fire Dowd? File a complaint with the D.C. Bar?
It’s a bullshit story. Because it doesn’t matter, even if true, whether Dowd composed the tweet. It’s just enough to try to sound good enough to enough people to get Trump off the hook. I say, Enough!
