She wasn’t duped. She knew what she was doing all along. Never intended to vote no.

Collins Argues Coverage Of Her Tax Bill Vote Is 'Unbelievably Sexist’

Wait, what?!?!

"After Collins rejected several bills proposed by Republican leaders to repeal Obamacare, reporters watched her closely as the GOP moved on to tax cuts.

Despite the fact that the tax bill includes a provision to repeal the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate, Collins announced on Monday that she would vote for the tax bill. She agreed to support the bill after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and President Donald Trump promised to back two bills aimed at lowering health insurance premiums."

The Press simply caught you in an obvious flip flop. Embarassing enough, but you had to play the ‘gender card’ as a defense?!?

OK

Being duped is gender-neutral.

Drumpf: I am so glad that Collins also sees the press as Fake and sexist. If Collins was not a 1 and a white male, I would have paid attention to her.

Collins on Tuesday: “We’re a long ways to the end of this.”

Collins several hours later: “Aye.”

The crying comment was sort of sexist. The being duped thing is not. You were the one going out saying that they made promises to you. It seems pretty clear at the moment that they have no plan to really honor things.

And even if they did put it to the floor to vote there is no chance it gets through. Meaning she voted to cause major health care issues that she was against before.

Don’t like “duped?” Would you feel better about “played?” “Bamboozled?” “Hoodwinked?”

The right wing press has never said anything bad about Schumer. Never said anything bad about Reid. I guess it was okay to say bad things about Hillary cause she only served 8 years in Senate, not 20.

If it was sexism, why wasn’t there more coverage of Murkowski? I think the story with Murkowski is clear, the ANWR provision got her vote. The story with Collins is unclear. What she claims got her vote is a promise to pass something later, that the House Republicans say they won’t pass. So is she stupid, or lying, or is there some other secret deal for which the public nonsense is a lame excuse? Regardless, nothing sexist in the coverage.

Sen. Collins is either stupid and clueless, or she’s just a sheep in wolf’s clothing who pretends to be centrist while executing the reich-wing agenda.

Nothing to do with being female.

She’s a lying asshole. Stop trying to hide from your phony, duplicitous conduct, you fucking fraud.

Gender is not a reason for criticism, but it’s not a shield, either, asshole.

Fuck you, Collins.

NYT removed the ONE sexist comment. Now go and have your crew remove every reference to Obama not being born in America. And stop being evil if you don’t like negative press coverage. You have worked with these assholes for twenty years; you know what their promises mean.

Exactly! She just needed the appearance of giving a fuck. She’s no different than Marco Rubio trying to pretend that he cared about the child tax credit.

And now she’s trying the Trump deflection move by trying to talk about sexism. What about the main issue, Susan??

Pretty says it all there.

Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) on Tuesday lashed out at the media over the coverage of her decision to support the Republican tax bill, charging that the press has been “unbelievable sexist”…

Flake asked Collins for directions to a DC steakhouse once and ended up in New Jersey.

I don’t like name calling although sometimes it can’t be helped, but these Republicans are such snowflakes all of the sudden. They’ve got their own Deep State TV with Fox and they’re still so hard done by. Jeez.
