I tend to place most of the blame on the people who did the actual killing…but that’s just me.

Mrs. Clinton had far more empathy toward a courageous ambassador than Mr. Powell expresses, but then Mr. Powell was willing to throw the entire country into a war one Republican describes as a mess, a disaster.
The Republican Benghazi Commission and Mr. Powell owe Ambassador Stevens the deepest of apologies for defaming his sacrifice to this country.
They have too much blood on their hands.
But no blame for the Republicans in Congress who cut the funding for embassy security. And no blame for the fake claim of WMD in Iraq, leading to the Iraq war which is a throbbing aggravating sore in the Middle East which neither of these two self serving armchair critics would ever acknowledge as they have a glass of wine, or two.
