So, what is the excuse CNN gave for having this lowlife appear on TV ?

Shameful? To most of us, yes.

To most Drumpf supporters, shameless…pandering for viewers.

Walsh saw this as censorship by the social media site, claiming Twitter “shut me down” and that he was just trying to make the point that “there really is a war on our cops.”

Newt Gingrich, Corey Lewandowski and Joe Walsh. Give us your mean-spirited, your history re-writers, your racists, your “unemployed” hate-filled lying bigot mouth-pieces … and I’ll show you a CNN line-up any day of the week.

Oh, I see.

CNN exists to give valuable airtime, a gateway to national recognition and personal wealth, to people espousing or engaging in the most shocking, sensational, preferably aggressive ideas and actions that offend our most basic cultural values. Even if their claims are patently false.

Silly me. I thought education, hard work, and honesty were the ticket.

Guys like this only get a platform because decision makers at places at CNN sympathize with guys like Joe Walsh. They probably have a Joe Walsh in their family. “Crazy Uncle Joe” he’s not that bad of a guy.

I did an experiment supervised by my better half who was skeptical. I haven’t watched CNN or MSNBC for 3 months. Never watch Fux!!! whose cheif honcho is getting well and truly fuxed in THE MEDIA! Hope this is not arrogance: but I am reasonably up to date with news. BBC America helps. PBS: not so much.

“I stand by what I meant, Don,” Walsh told CNN’s Don Lemon on Friday night [. . .] “I didn’t intend to say everybody go threaten Barack Obama or incite violence against Barack Obama,” Walsh said, though he deleted a tweet warning that “real America” was “coming after” Obama and Black Lives Matter activists. “I don’t know of a sane person that would do that. That’s not what I meant, Don."

I detect a bit of inconsistency in your position there, Jo-jo. You stand by what you meant, but it wasn’t what you meant. Honestly, it’s a wonder you didn’t get re-elected, talking out both sides of your mouth like that.

Does his Maserati still do 185? Or did he lose his license due to non payment of child support?

No sane person would do what Walsh suggested. But then again he was not appealing to sane people to act out.
It may have worked for Palin with her little rifle scope crosshair symbols, but there is no real proof.
Big FU to CNN for pumping Trump to keep the horse race election fantasy alive in the hearts and souls of racists everywhere.

“I don’t know of a sane person that would do that. That’s not what I meant, Don." (Asshat Joe Walsh)

Oh, now, let’s get real, Joe: Do you even know any sane people?

CNN at one time was trying to play the middle between MSNBC and FOX. That didn’t work ratings wise. Now CNN is pretty much just a ratings HO looking to add anything controversial to drive ratings. CNN is pretty much worthless now as a legit news source. It’s been coming for along time. Jon Stewart used to have a ball mocking CNN and it’s just gotten worse. Blame Jeff Zucker. From wikipedia:

“Maureen Dowd wrote that in Hollywood “there has been a single topic of discussion: How does Jeff Zucker keep rising and rising while the fortunes of NBC keep falling and falling? …many in the Hollywood community have always regarded him as …a network Napoleon who never bothered to learn about developing shows and managing talent.” She explained that Zucker “is a master at managing up with bosses and calculating cost-per-hour benefits, but even though he made money on cable shows, he could not program the network to save his life.”[23]
Dowd also reported that an unnamed “honcho at another network” stated that “Zucker is a case study in the most destructive media executive ever to exist… You’d have to tell me who else has taken a once-great network and literally destroyed it.”[23]
On June 2, 2010, the New York Post reported that Zucker would be paid between $30 million and $40 million to leave NBC Universal shortly after Comcast completes its 51 percent acquisition in the company.”

This is who controls CNN since 2013.

The guy is paid money to say irresponsible things. When he does his bosses sell lots of ads. Right now there are no voices on radio saying positive things. Maybe we should return to the “fairness doctrine.” The airways belong to all us not Salem Media Group or Clear Channel.

This doofus has an audience, think about that.

I’m not sure what the next level is that he falls/fails to after but I’ll bet that it involves touching shit with his hands.

He lost his license, now he don’t drive.

Good news though: He’s got a limo, rides in the back. He locks the doors in case he’s attacked.
