Discussion for article #242536
I could go either way on this; Carsonâs behavior isnât inconsistent with someone whoâs been struggling to suppress rage issues for most of his life that were successfully buried, but lying about fantasies for which he felt guilty of having prior to a significant conversion experience is also consistent behavior for that personality type â speaking from personal experience.
I think the pyramids were built to store all of Carsonâs lies and idiotic ideas.
The Pyramids at Giza are big, but they arenât that effânâ big!
Baltimore police said they couldnât locate a police report on the incident due to lack of information, while Carsonâs campaign said âdetails are hazy because that incident did occur over 30 years ago.â
My son was born 31 years ago. I was in the delivery room. I don't remember much about it. Hey, it was 31 years ago, it's hazy in my mind now! Get over it!
I smell pants burning.
A FALSEHOOD?!? From Saint Ben Carson!? Iâm shocked, just shocked!
DuhâŚthese stories are nothing but cynical fabrications intended to make him more ârelatableâ to his fellow minorities, who he views through the lens of narcissism as a teeming mass of violence and disrespect that he has risen above and is better than.
Carson is an idiot. From a Facebook post last night touting his lack of political experience as an asset in his Prez run:
âThe current Members of Congress have a combined 8,700 years of political experience. Are we sure political experience is what we need,â Carson wrote in his Facebook post. "Every signer of the Declaration of Independence had no elected office experience. What they had was a deep belief that freedom is a gift from God. They had a determination to rise up against a tyrannical King."
Roger Sherman:
Elected to General Assembly, representing New Milford Connecticut, 1755-58, 1760-61; Commisary for the Connecticut Troops, 1759; Elected to various Upper and Lower House offices representing New Haven, 1760s, 1770s; Judge of the Superior Court of Connecticut, 1766-1789; Elected to Continental Congress, 1774-81
John Adams:
Admitted to Massachusetts Bar, 1761; Elected to Massachusetts Assembly, 1770;
Samuel Adams:
Tax-collector; Elected to Massachusetts Assembly, 1765
Robert Treat Paine:
Admitted to Massachusetts Bar, 1757; Elected to Massachusetts Provincial Assembly, 1770
Elbridge Gerry:
Member, General Court of Massachusetts, 1772; Elected to Massachusetts Legislature, 1773; Provincial Congress, 1774;
Benjamin Harrison:
Elected to Virginia House of Burgesses, 1764
William Hooper:
Elected to General Assembly of North Carolina, 1773
Caesar Rodney
Commissioned High Sheriff of Kent County, 1755; Elected to Delaware Colonial Assembly, 1758-70
George Taylor:
Elected to the Pennsylvania Provincial Assembly, 1764-69
George Ross:
Admitted to Pennsylvania Bar, 1750; Crown Prosecutor for Carlisle, twelve years; Elected to Provincial Assembly, 1768-1776
John Morton:
Elected to Pennsylvania Provincial Assembly, 1756-1775
John Hancock:
Elected to the Boston Assembly, 1766; Delegate to, and President of, the Provincial Congress of Massachusetts, circa 1773; Elected to Continental Congress, 1774; Elected President of the Continental Congress, 1775
All the above signers held elective office before the 1776 signing of the Declaration of Independence. This is just a partial list. Many of the others held various city and state offices I havenât listed. They were nearly ALL experienced politicians previous to the signing. Carson is so full of shit itâs pathetic.
ââŚreligious experience in the bathroomâ?? I too am often transformed by my bathroom experiences, but all I ever get out of it is a cathartic and profound sense of relief.
Ahhh. Now the Pyramids story makes perfect sense !
As Iâve already advised Dr. Carson, whenever someone casts aspersions on his asparagus, donât fuck around: stab them.
When did being an attempted murderer, or even lying about being an attempted murderer become a qualification for president?
What Carson did or didnât do in his teens is utterly unimportant, compared to his complete and utter ignorance of governance and objective reality.Teenage Ben Carson doesnât concern me; sixty-something year old Ben Carson does.
Thereâs no doubt in my mind that a young âquite, bookish, nerdyâ Ben Carson wanted to stab some people growing up.
The search for truthâŚa âwitch huntâ. You gotta love Armstrong Williams, that olâ grifter. No WONDER Benny C. picked him for the traveling showâŚ
Fork or steak knife? Just asking for the correct visual.
Sharpened asparagus tongs.
I was raised in Compton and the south portion of Los Angeles. When I heard these supposed events that happen in Dr. Carson youth, I was very suspicious. First no one in the hood uses the term âcamping knifeâ when referring to an shank or blade. Also usually when youâre in a knife fight youâre taking more than one slash at your opponent. Also, most dudes in a fight where someone shanked you but the belt buckle saved your a$$âŚyou can rest assure a counter assault/attack would be forthcomingâŚIt would not expired the way Dr. Carson describe it, therefore I think heâs: LYING!!!
Speaks volume about Dr. Carson character to be associated with Armstrong Williams and all his baggage!
