I wanted to be sympathetic to this douche; it seemed like a stretch to tie him directly to the deaths of the police officers. But seeing the flyer erased any sympathetic feelings, because wow ā heās actually suing to protect the good name of his illegal actions. Who the fā does that?

If Bundy has a lawyer does that mean he has money to pay him? Or is the lawyer going to have to get a lien on his property for the fees heās due?
ordinarily, I would agree. however, that settlement taken wouldnāt really be a ālossā to Mr. Bundy, since it would represent money he didnāt have to begin with. his only ālossā would be his out of pocket costs, for attorneyās fees, etc., and those would be charged to respondent and not subject to being taken by the government, since it would be punishing the attorney for an act they had nothing to do with.
Looks like somebodyās feeling his Oath Keepers after that disgraceful acquittal in Oregon. Time to probe the legal system for weaknesses again.
