The arrogance is just breathtaking. âThe citizens of the United Statesâ act through their elected government and institutions. Cliven Bundy is one deranged, paranoid, ignorant criminal inciting others to criminal activity, not a spokesperson for âthe citizens.â The current âoccupiersâ are now on video urging members of their cult to join them and, quote âkill anyone who tries to stop you.â That threat was delivered by a drunken lout with an assault rifle strapped across his chest. That same lout threatened to burn a BLM employee out of her home during the course of this âpeaceful protest.â The same lout already has a warrant out for his arrest for prior, unrelated crimes. And the same lout âcannot understandâ why he cannot now return to his home without facing felony charges, because all he is doing is âdefending his rights under the Constitution.â
These willfully ignorant sociopaths have no idea what the Constitution says or what it means and they do not want to know. They want what they want, and if they cannot have it lawfully, they will take it by force. And thus has it always been with violent criminals.
It is time for Fearless Leader, the idiot white supremacist Cliven Bundy, to be charged and tried for the continued theft of over $1 million in grazing rights for which he refuses to pay. Those rights belong to the citizens of the U.S., and he is stealing from âwe the citizens.â To the extent he is also a conspirator with the current occupiers of the Malheur, he should be charged and tried for that criminal activity. Put an end to this nonsense.

You know who can hear him, though? U.S. District Court Chief Judge Michael W. Mosman who is considering Ammon Bundyâs appeal on the laughable basis that the committed seditionist is somehow not a threat of more trouble or a flight threat. But Papa Cliven says no way to that theory: not giving up now and will never give up. @The_Mask has explained that Mosman the Mormon has a troubling history that may lead him towad releasing Bundy. I think thatâs unjustifiable and would be a shameful breach by Mosman, but Clivenâs anarchist intervention will make it even harder for Mosman to release Ammon, even if he does want to.
