And vice versa.
Itâs time for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to excommunicate Cliven Bundy.

Listen up, you old thievinâ bastidâŚtwo of your sons are in jail. One of your friends is dead. You donât get to steal the American publics land no matter HOW much you whine.
Hey Cliven you proclaim ownership of a place you donât know how to spell. Note that itâs Malheur not Malhaur.
Sigh.
Itâs funny how Fox and wingnut radio as well as the Paul and Cruz brigade rallied to his cause for a few weeks. Then he made the âLet me tell you about the NegroâŚâ comments and they ran from him like he never existed.
I take it he has license plates from the oppressive unconstitutional state on his truck
Bring it on.
Doesnât this make him an accessory? And canât the Feds now pick him up on the same interference charge as the others?
Itâs over $2 million now. I would anticipate action after the elections.
Itâs like the âOfficial Call to Action,â which NCSteve expertly skewered. These clowns always come off sounding like 10- or 12-year-olds taking care of their club business, producing grandiose proclamations and squabbling over who gets to hand out the badges.
The other day I read about another trial involving a (now dead) rancher, his family and the BLM. Some are saying the Feds may have been waiting to see the outcome of that case before taking decisive action against the old man. I canât remember the name of the ranching family, but the Ninth just ruled against them. Apparently the initial finding for the ranchers was apparently passed down by a sympathetic judge --hence the appeal on the part of the Feds. I donât know. The rancherâs son says he doesnât think they will be able to take it to the SUPREMES, so it may stand as a precedent for the BLM. I donât know.
OK this is it: http://blogs.findlaw.com/ninth_circuit/2016/01/ninth-circuit-eviscerates-nevada-judge-robert-c-jones----again.html
The guy owes a million dollars in grazing fees. His motivations are extremely selfish, and have nothing to do The Constitution.
The fact that he is willing to let other people put their lives in danger in the hope it will get him out of his responsibilities really shows his true character.
Thanks for this fascinating material!
Based on what you dug up, hereâs some more on the runaway teahadding judge, Robert Clive Jones: http://www.lawandenvironment.com/2016/01/21/some-decisions-just-make-one-say-wow/
UPDATE: This really is amazing. Sounds like the district judge learned Constitutional Law in homeschooling at the Bundy Ranch:
In the main opinion, the 9th Circuit, in a ruling written by Judge Susan Graber, granted the request by the U.S. government to reassign the case.
âDefendants openly trespassed on federal lands,â she said. âRather than simply resolving the fact-specific inquiries as to when and where the cattle grazed illegally, the district court applied an âeasement by necessityâ theory that plainly contravenes the law.â
âA dispassionate observer would conclude that the district judge harbored animus toward the federal agencies,â Graber wrote. âUnfortunately, the judgeâs bias and prejudgment are a matter of public record.â
On the first day of the 21-day trial in 2012, Jones said the BLM came to the court âwith the standard arrogant, arbitrary, capricious attitude that I recognize in many of these cases.â
Well itâs 2 million. How do you think they afford them trucks and all the fancy cowboy outfits? Motivations not connected to the Constitution because theyâve never read any of it, they just ignorantly pound their breasts about whatever theyâd like it to mean.
Cliven , you are now a has-been .
Hey asshole, sorry we didnât kill your sons, but after we finish off the remaining four, weâre coming for you. Got a nice tall strong tree in your yard?
Cliven* Bundy just wants blood. âŚ*Note: change a couple of letters and itâs âcravenâ.
He is insane. He is inviting more misery and possibly more deaths. He may as well tell them to throw ping pong balls at an M1 Abrams tank. Schmuck!
isnât that a sad songâŚand old cliven is a sad sad human beingâŚ
