He sees the writing on the wall, that Hillary is going to win. He’s making one last play for good standing with the right wingers he hopes to be employed by once he resigns, which will be imminently. He hopes it will influence down ballot elections. He’s a deep skunk.

This is a marker to Republicans: President-elect Clinton will not be President-elect Obama. No “post-partisan” pattycake. You bring this shit into town, we’ll bring a tire iron.

We need Huma to come forward and explain what she was doing with all those emails on her home computer. I’m certainly prepared to believe there’'s a good explanation that she would have been happy to give the FBI, if they had bothered to call her.

I assume that Huma Is being extensively debriefed by her lawyers right now, and perhaps they are waiting for Comey to stonewall for a couple days before bringing her out or issuing a statement. I understand the desire to keep the spotlight now on Comey’s behavior, and I fully understand the defense lawyer strategy of your client not saying anything until court. But this is different. Either the campaign gets its story out or the worst will be assumed by enough voters to potentially swing the election to Trump.

Perfect response. Clinton welcomes full transparency – she’s not hiding from it.

Absolutely not.

He owes us something. I figured the Russians were interfering in our election. And now the FBI is interfering as well. Wow! GOTV for Hillary.

She already told them – she would print non-classified e-mails at home because the State Dept printers were inefficient.

Remember those 22,000,000 e-mails that vanished from the RNC servers running in the Bush White House? How many of those e-mails are sitting right now on the hard drives of GOP Congresspeople and Senators?

My English teachers had it wrong all along. FBI actually means KGB. Who knew (besides Republicans)?

ummm. have you ever hit shit with a tire iron?

“It’s now up to him, who owes the public answers to the questions that are now on the table, and we’re calling on him to come forward and give those answers to the American public,” Podesta said.

FBI spokesman: “Director James Comey is taking an extended vacation. He won’t be commenting on public matters until November 18. Thank you for giving him his privacy.”

These statements from the campaign are fine, but some surrogate, like Warren or Reid or both, needs to come out and blast Comey with both barrels for this obviously partisan abuse of power. Stop with the reasonable, calm language – blast this move by Comey as the unethical, outrageous political act it is.

Nothing but a blatant political stunt.

I like how they’re taking Comey to task about this!

Oh, please. Comey isn’t going to resign and he can’t be fired. He certainly knows Hillary will be president so it would be stupid to try and curry favor with the right wing.

Comey is overly concerned with his own reputation, at the expense of turning this investigation into a mockery. He is smarting from having his motives questioned and continues to try to prove how impartial and decent he is. He’s too stupid to realize that this is a game with the GOP and they will be satisfied with nothing less than Hillary in stripes.

All Republicans, not just the Trump campaign, have been criticizing Comey and the results of the investigation for months. That relentless pressure from Congressmen, Senators, right-wing media, conservative think tanks, interest groups, etc. had as one of its intended effects exactly what we see this weekend. All Democrats need to get on message and get on the media, and repeatedly and consistently make the case that since Comey has decided to open this door, facts, answers, full information and comprehensive updates need to be provided by Comey and the FBI at least a week before the election. There should be a sufficient number of agents assigned to this right now to complete the review and report by Wednesday at the latest.

Yeah he can, for cause. But I don’t expect that to happen.

Well iam sure they can find cause if they open up a year long investigation, lets start by having him turn over all his emails.
