Discussion: Chuck Schumer Really Doesn't Think Ben Carson Is Qualified For HUD

This appointment says so much about Rump. Give the black guy the “black” department (yeah, only the blacks need public housing assistance and urban help) and it’s a department you don’t care about anyway, so who cares if he fucks it up. Shamefully obvious.

Carson is qualified to be a great White House lawn jockey.

More than a grainery of truth to that.

“Dr. Carson feels he has no government experience; he’s never run a federal agency. The last thing he would want to do was take a position that could cripple the presidency.”

Worrying about crippling Trump's Presidency is like being concerned you'll ruin Stephen Hawking's chances of running a marathon if you break his ankle.

Ben Carson: I actually agree with Schumer. My spokesperson already explained why:

Dr. Carson feels he has no government experience, he’s never run a federal agency. The last thing he would want to do was take a position that could cripple the presidency.”

Trump: He is my African American; Thats all that matters.

Either does Ben Carson thinks he’s qualified. His closet adviser and confidante Armstrong Williams said as much.

Let’s just save this for future reference. It will come in handy:

“I have serious concerns about [name here]'s lack of expertise and experience in dealing with housing issues," Schumer said in a statement. “Someone who is as anti-government as him is a strange fit for [insert department name here], to say the least.”

Psssst, pass it around, Carson was born in Kenya.

"Dr. Carson was never offered a specific position, but everything was open to him," Williams told The Hill newspaper in November. "Dr. Carson feels he has no government experience; he's never run a federal agency. The last thing he would want to do was take a position that could cripple the presidency."

Has never run a federal agency, but considered himself qualified to be president. Got it.

Does Carson realize a Senate confirmation hearing is much harder than a Fox News interview? How is this going to work? Democrats are going to actively try to embarrass and bait him into saying stupid things.

All that’ll require is “Welcome, Dr. Carson…”
