The ad basically says, “Hey, dumb ass Israelis, let me, a geriatric actor from bad action movies who’s from a foreign country, tell you how you should vote because I know what’s best for you.” It’s incredibly paternalistic, offensive, and condescending. It would be one thing if this was an Israeli actor, but a non-Jew and an Islamaphobe from a foreign country telling Israelis how to vote is just rude and bizarre.
