“I just don’t think Marco Rubio’s going to be able to slime his way to the White House,” Christie was quoted as saying. “He wants to put out a whole bunch of negative ads? Go ahead. I hope that he will acknowledge at some point that I couldn’t care less.”
Perhaps once you stop caring, Senator Rubio will acknowledge that.

The Democratic nominee will have an easy time. No need to run newly created attack ads, just replay what the Republican candidates said about each other in the Republican primaries.

No, Christie is just lifting Bush’s lines against Trump. “You can’t insult your way into the White House” “You can’t slime your way into the White House”.
