I see no fault with their poofreading.
Boehner at least managed to sound bland to the outside world. The rabid-dog wing of the GOP House is going to be pushing hard for a speaker who snarls and foams. That should do wonders for their party.
Delusional gell haired goblin thinks he has friends.
awesome⌠considering his performance during cecile richardsonâs âhearingâ, he is certainly as unqualified as mccarthyâŚ
the greatest deliberative body in the whole entire universeâŚ
As looney as McCarthy is I donât see a single option that isnât worse for the Republican caucus. Part of the problem with our lacking of an informed electorate is how the sane Congresspeople (the Democratic party for a while, and now in some cases also establishment Republicans) have been basically protecting the insanity from reaching the public. If you ask around youâd probably find more incredulity than assent that the Congressional Republicans are trying to end Medicare, Social Security, healthcare protections, worker protections (et al.) and a large contributing factor to the publicâs ignorance on this is how the extreme elements (in both parties!) have become muted by the establishment.
I mean without someone level headed then the House is likely to play more to the whims of their fundamentalist base which will do the job of more clearly laying out their agenda for the nation to see. Problem is that establishment Republicans want to hide their agenda and couch it in neutral terms because itâs easier to sell but the newer fundamentalist conservatives either donât care or truly believe in the silent majority. A Republican caucus acting mostly for its fundamentalist base will illuminate their desires for all voters for good or ill (and Iâd bet on mostly ill).

Câmon Dems ⌠cast a vote for Nancy for Speaker. The GOTP are crazy enough to make it very interesting.
I thnk they should all have to leg wrassle for it.
Chaffetz recently heavily criticized McCarthy, the current favorite in the speaker election, for comments the majority leader made about the Benghazi committee. McCarthy boasted in an interview with Fox News on Tuesday that the House Select Committee on Benghazi has been successful in hurting Hillary Clinton politically.

The second rule of Politically Motivated Witch Hunt Club is YOU DON"T TALK ABOUT POLITICALLY MOTIVATED WITCH HUNT CLUB!!!
This is a really smart and interesting assessment. If youâre a person who doesnât closely follow politics like we do, what is the image you mostly see of Republicans in Congress? Itâs mostly John of Orange with Kevin McCarthy behind or beside him and Cathy McMorris Rogers standing behind him with a sad, disappointed look on her face. Despite Boehnerâs orange glow, they all look and sound like seemingly reasonable people. But replace Boehner with someone like Chaffetz whoâll be completely unable to stop himself from bragging about his tea bagging agenda that most of America strongly opposes.
Chaffetz is trying to move up from toadie to toad.
and I say Really Republicans ? This is the best you have to offer? Not even a fake intellectual like Ryan or Cantor . Just this collection of frontal lobe deficients
It looks like Sgt Shultz I know nothing audition . May the dumbest fuck win.

Sorry to tell you honey, but the real candidates had their bids off and running a week ago.
Iâm sure heâs got a bunch of charts lined up to prove his case.
How much of it is true condemnation though, and how much of it is deflection from his own derp episode in the Planned Parenthood âhearingâ?
Because Iâd say right now itâs a 50/50 mix of both.

As fun as it is popping yet another bag of popcorn, I will note that the source of this story is Politico. Which these days is pretty much nothing more than an outlet for GOP press releases with a fancy logo.
âReportedlyâ = some GOP congressional staffer gossiping while they pick over lunch leftovers from the last congressional hearing of the day.
