Benghazi! This is the same group of nuts that commissioned an “is global warming real” consensus report from the National Academy of Sciences on the heels of a report they commissioned from the National Academy of Sciences stating that global warming is real. Why? Because they didn’t like the original findings.

To be fair, this is a time-honored tradition under The Dome, especially from Republicans. Usually though, they use the CBO as their foil.
They commission a CBO investigation, then when the findings come back, use it for justification or blast the whole thing as a whitewash…depending on whatever result they desired.
But now they’ve upped the ante to demanding their own report from their own colleagues, then dismissing it out of hand as bullshit. A brave new standard.
