Perhaps Stormy needs a new nic - as it seems like her story is just one of several back to back hurricanes blowing through the WH world. Like last falls triloogy of catastrophic storms of Harvey, Irma, and Maria. Which one to call her - let’s guess the damage - category 2, category 3, category 4?
CBS to the world: “We’re a spineless organization. Don’t hate us because we’re beautiful.”
Is just needs a little fluffing…

Please, pretty please, no damn pics.
This one haunted my dreams.
Now it’s going to happen again errrrrrrrrrrr. lol
The Fix Is In. I really hope this is not so, but that is my first reaction.
Stormy Daniels ’60 Minutes’ Interview Needs More Work Before It Airs
What abject bullshit. It’s all about lawyers fees. “Who will win?” the slam-dunking attorneys will ask CBS’ brass.
.
The lawsuit claimed the “hush agreement” that was signed days before the 2016 presidential election is legally invalid because it was only signed by Clifford and Cohen and not by Trump.
So, all Cohen needs to do is produce documentaton showing Trump has given him Power of Attorney to sign legal agreements in his stead, no?
Yeah, me too. But has when has a politician ever paid for their overt, self-confessed crimes?
Given all the other depressing news this morning, this tidbit in Josh’s ed blog was a moment of comic relief:
“a negotiation she says she found exploitative. On the one hand, that’s a logical business relationship if you’re in the scandal and sex tape business.”
Lawyers hard at work…
Trump has been good for lawyering…
So I guess the lawyers are busy. Or they had to edit the segments where Anderson Cooper runs for the vomit bucket when Daniels gets into intimate detail about what happened
That would be the legal documents Cadet Bone Spurs is unaware of, right? The ones Michael Cohen generously paid $130,000 in “shut the fuck up” fees for (he’d take a bullet for Cockholster, you know) Trump, right?
Life is soooooo complicated.
If Clifford can plausibly say that her lawyer had an unrevealed conflicts of interest, was not serving clients best interest, malpractice, etc (which if you read the Josh piece this morning seems likely), would that loosen up the restrictions of the NDA?
Viacom must have some not-yet-disclosed mergers in the works.
Points for any and all Muswell Hillbillies references.
Minor tropical storm at best. Stormy could have come forward anytime since Trump announced in June 2015. She signed a NDA agreement two weeks before the election for a net of eighty some grand. Pretty obvious where her interests are.
I’m not an attorney (but have hired more than a few myself). It would seem to me that using a fake name invalidates the NDA. I’ve had to produce drivers’ ID, passport ##'s and sometimes a birth certificate. So you lawyer types out there tell me how D. Dennison can force a NDA on Stormy when Dennison in an invalid, fake name?
This is another genius move by Stormy’s attorney.
He’s daring Cadet Bone Spurs to fight it out, in court, in the light of day.
This can’t possibly work out well for a guy with a big mouth, a 4.5cm cock, and a well-documented history of lieing.
