Discussion: CBO: 32 Million More Uninsured Under Senate O'Care Repeal-And-Delay Bill

If this was actually about Healthcare and not Wealthcare this would be the zombie’s head exploding – but of course this is about tax cuts not health insurance…

remember when jimmy carter built that house for Habitat for the needy family, and there were some nail pops after settling a year or two later, so instead of just patching the walls and ceilings, he bulldozed the family’s house and left?

Interesting in that is just shy of 10 percent of the current population. Not sure where to find the current uninsured numbers at the moment. But just 10 percent begins to sound like we will see a medical zombie invasion as people crowd emergency rooms again and simple illnesses and injuries escalate into expensive care. Meanwhile we will read more stories on children and adults with long term illnesses wallowing in their own bile because no one can afford the care. Pleasant picture of the country as a progressive leader in the world. But of course, Trump will get to golf without concern.

23 million poor, elderly, non-white and maybe unhealthy people killed wasn’t enough, they needed to ensure their healthcare plan would kill more than 30 million US citizens. A mentally sick bunch that GOP is, lucky for them we pay for their healthcare.

Johnson and Paul will still complain that it doesn’t take insurance away from enough people.

Donnie regards the findings of the CBO to be “fake news” – you know, in the same manner that he disregards national polls, NOAA climate science research, and each of the broadcast and cable networks as fake news.

In fact, if Trump wants REAL EVIDENCE, he will rely upon reputable sources of verifiably factual information such as InfoWars, Breitbart, … and his own tweets.

Think you can stick a fork in Trumpcare, Zombie Trumpcare, Zombie Root & Branch Repeal.

If it wasn’t for #trumprussia, Trump could’ve persuaded his caucus to vote for repeal now, replace never. The effects of this bill arecdelayed long enough for the GOP to develop counter spin. Now, after #theresistance having made its mark, the people are aware on this issue and aren’t lending their support.

Y’all get ready for the ‘alternative facts’ to explain away these CBO numbers! First, the Repugs will do – is try to discredit the CBO as an institution and tell us how unreliable their numbers are.

All the spin in the world isn’t going to paper over this abomination, especially for those who are most at risk.

What am I saying? We’re all at risk if they get their way.

The mindless denial is so thick you could float a lead brick on it.

Many of whom are working class or poor Whites who will continue to vote Republican.
That is the problem, and the Democrats must find a way to address it.

You don’t have the votes on a bill that would take health insurance away from 22 million…GOP solution lets vote on a bill to take health insurance away from 32 million…priceless

“Come 2020, 27 million fewer people will have coverage compared to current law, and that number would grow to 32 million by 2026. Of the 32 million, 19 million would be due to Medicaid cuts and 23 million to changes in private insurance.”

These numbers do not add up, or deduct down properly.

I hope everyone’s looked at Josh Marshall’s blog today. He breaks down how many constituents would lose their coverage in each R member’s district. There are so many they celebrated.

Cheering because they passed legislation that would cause their constituents to suffer. There is no common decency among any of them.
