Discussion: Breitbart Leaks Oct. Ryan Call With House GOP: 'Not Going To Defend' Trump

Exactly how is Comrade Trump going to step in and fix legislation. Is this a move by a dictator?

Me, too.

Blood in the water–Fun times ahead! :joy_cat:

If Trump HAD a plan, it would have come out before Ryan’s. There was no need for “deference” in letting Ryan bring out his “plan” 1st since Trump had been “trumpeting” how he had a plan, was gonna be better, cheaper, more people covered.

I’m tellin’ ya, the Rs are gonna fail with the new “ACA” and they are going to bamboozle the people with a repeal now, (box checked, just like we promised) and “continue to work” on the replacement piece. And hopefully (but not very confident) the people will see through it and kick out the R majorities. (not holding breath)

R voters don’t care/need/use evidence. Alt Truth, baby.

I am gonna disagree on “Ryan Care.” This needs to be “Republican Care” – cuz the whole party would be behind if they didn’t have to rely on voters.

One Face Two Face …Red Face Blue Face

I generally agree that Trump doesn’t really have a plan. But even if he did, it makes sense politically to let Ryan take the bullets and then try to improve on his failures. Because everybody outside of the bubble knew that Ryan wasn’t going to propose a healthcare bill that actually benefited the majority of Americans.

I think the problem is most Republicans don’t actually want a replacement. It’s what they feel they have to say to appease their lamebrain constituencies – the same people that don’t realize the ACA is the same thing as Obamacare. But Ryan got greedy, as Republicans do, and tried to disguise a tax cut for the rich as a healthcare bill, and got caught because he’s not actually all that bright. And then he got stabbed in the back by his enemies in the White House, because Ryan is a dumb frog that gave a ride to a scorpion.
