Knives out for Ryan. Coulda happen to a nicer SOB.

Remember: Bannon is an idiot with the core beliefs of an angsty white suburban teenager. The only reason he’s got the upper hand is because Ryan is even further out of his depth.

Like anyone really cares. The folks that love trump don’t like Ryan anyway. And the folks that are bamboozled by the supposed ‘intellect’ of Ryan are no trump fans.

So, what this leak serves to remind everyone is that we have a POTUS p@$$y grabber. Couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch. I think this leak deserves a ton of discussion as to the origins of the orig con call and what was happening at the time.

Kind of feeble tho if you think about it. He wasn’t defending the Billy Bush incident. Not a profile in courage to object to that mess.

And the country went ahead and elected him prez. Makes me ill to think about it.

“The President gave Ryan a chance,” one unnamed source “close to the President” told the publication. “If he doesn’t get his act together soon, the President will have no choice but to step in and fix this on his own. He’s the best negotiator on the planet, and if this were his bill not Ryan’s it would not be this much of a mess.”

I’ll give them credit, they aren’t subtle about their plans.

So clearly this is Bannon kneecapping Ryan, who he’s hated for a long time and is arguably Trump’s biggest rival in the Republican Party. And now Trump is going to steal his big issue and run with his own plan. If Ryan weren’t such a narrow-minded dolt, he could have easily seen this coming. But instead he let his overwhelming fetish for tax cuts for the rich overwhelm his common sense, and now he’s got a failed bill and a lost coalition.

What will be interesting now is to see what kind of Frankenstein’s monster of a healthcare bill the Trump team introduces – or if they introduce one at all. Trump telegraphed earlier that he’d be fine with letting Obamacare “collapse” on its own, which is code for “blame Obama/Ryan/liberals/Bilderbergs if it fails, and take credit if it succeeds.”

But with respect to Donald Trump, I would encourage you to do what you think is best and do what you feel you need to do. Personally, you need to decide what’s best for you. And you all know what’s best for you where you are.”

No morals, no principles. Just do what you need to do to get elected.

I don’t think that Bannon is any smarter than Ryan. What he does have, though, is a propaganda network that’s propped up with buckets of cash from these angsty white glibertarian billionaire parasites:

If anyone doubts the Mercers are complete and utter lunatics, this is from a statement they released in the wake of the GOP convention:

“The Democratic Party will soon choose as their nominee a candidate who would repeal both the First and Second Amendments of the Bill of Rights…”

I’ll bet that Ryan’s looking at the Articles of Imp. longingly now.

If Ryan tried to go for impeachment now, he’d be in a minority of one in the House Republican caucus. I doubt he has any real ideological disagreements with Trump anyhow—his issues with Donald are strictly optics and windowdressing.

It will be interesting to see how serious Bannon and Mercer are about taking down Ryan. The so-called Republican “elite” that they hate as much as the Clintons includes Ryan, so the Cold-Eyed Granny Starver has two options: aggressively defend himself against Trump and the Breitbart Cabal, or abjectly offer his hindquarters in submission. I’d put money on the latter.

“Source close to the President?” No one can self-fellate like Trump.

Meanwhile Ryan has purchased ads targeting about a dozen members of his own caucus just to force a vote on a bill that’s guaranteed to die in the Senate. I just…I can’t wrap my head around it.

“Best negotiator on the planet” - gee, whomever could that “unnamed source” be?

My thoughts exactly- sorry, you beat me to it.

I don’t recall Ryan condemning the video either - he just stayed silent, and got boo-ed at his ‘event’ for dis-inviting Trump. Some of the other repubs did, and came crawling back to Trump.

No the country voted for Hillary. The fudged up EC system elected Donald.

Which is even more insidious than Ryan’s. Go figure.

I get the impression that Rump thinks Ryan works for him and that he can fire Ryan at whim. I’ll bet that Ryan’s looking at the Articles of Imp. longingly now.

How many pieces of evidence are needed to expose Mr. Ryan as a hypocritical, lying, bloviating, conniving, self-interested weasel who has, until now, managed to posture as a policy “wonk.”

If it were me, I’d call it Ryan Care. Trump is doing enough to destroy his reputation. This one needs to be pinned on “honest, principled” Paulie and nailed in tight.

When they face themselves each morning in the mirror there is always a question to be answered.

Who and what am I going to be today??

Turn on the news to find out each and every morning.

So Bannon is going after Ryan… It’s just so satisfying. I hope to see him struggle mightily against the onslaught…and fail abysmally, which I’m pretty sure he will. He’s an idiot.
