The legal issue that allows any of these judges to play their silly but very destructive, we hate Obama game, is a simple fix.
I think that the Democrats are just giving the Republicans rope to hang themselves with and they are yanking on it and asking for more. As dumb as this is, the Repubs are gaining something to impress the rabid base with and there are plenty enough judges and haters out there that are so invested in destroying our President, theyâll take any shred of hope without the slightest concern of how awful it makes them look.
The real bitch is, that the highest court in the land is also the worst, if anything that has the opportunity to hurt President Obama and take America back half a century comes before them, they jump on it like a dog on a bone.
