SOB has ‘nothing’ because he put the handcuffs on himself. The Hastert rule named after the GOP Whore Queen from a bygone era states that if it won’t pass with GOP support only it’s not on the floor. His ‘woe-is-me’ nonsense is manure … if legislation is sound and reasonable you will get Dem support to pass real (sane) laws.
