Discussion: Boehner Knocks GOP 'Knuckleheads'

More like 233 and unless I’m forgetting somebody they’re all a whiter shade of pale.

Oh, … (strokes beard)… your average 52% majority.

OK, DCCC needs to make a one-size-fits-all ad of this and send it to every dem. It applies to every race, since nobody will be able to figure out who isn’t a knucklehead.

thing is boner is scared shytless of these republicons he calls knuckleheads

Does Boehner not know the knuckleheads were sent to Washington to obstruct Obama, not to legislate.

Now we know the answer to that Question For The Ages – or the last 6,000 years, depending on one’s politicial affiliation – that has baffled civilization’s greatest minds, and also Newt Gingrich… how many knuckleheaded Republican conservatives does it take to destroy an exceptional country?

Saying Boehner is similar to a Phoenix? Hey, my nephew is named Phoenix, and we resent that!
I know. Talk to his mother.

John, oh John - WE democrats have been telling you that for SIX YEARS now. And all you’re doing about it is whining!!

Still.

I was going to spell it ‘Feenicks’ as any good Rethug would…

How does one misunderestimate?

The real problem is that he fails to understand that he is (supposedly) The Speaker of the House, and not just the lead dog on the GOP sled. If he had any guts he’d ignore the “knuckleheads” in his own caucus and put bills on the floor for debate and a vote. Between the Democrats and the reasonable folks still left in the GOP…and I admit there aren’t many…he could pass decent legislation and help the American People. Instead he’s too afraid of losing his own power so he wilts every time his own caucus doesn’t guarantee passage.

Well there was Tim Scott and Allen West, but the former is now inexplicably in the Senate, while the latter war-criminal was sent packing by his constituents. There is a small handful of sitting Hispanic Republican Congressmen.

Hispanic Congressmen is as much an oxymoron as Log Cabin Republicans. Or Jews for Jesus.

Stupid is as stupid does … this is what you get when you eternally cling to that mindless rule of “majority of the majority” instead of charting a course that would be in the best interest of the entire country.

"He said “dealing with Democrats is one thing, dealing with the knuckleheads is another.”

So he is saying the Democrats are not knuckleheads, only some of the Republicans are. Great, so if this is all true, why is everything Obama’s fault?

I think that word refers to a famous George W. Bush-ism.

His fear of being tossed out is based in reality, however. They would turn on him in an instant, and can pretty close to doing so a few times already.

Even this statement is going to galvanize the TPers this January and try and vote him out. After Cantor left, they were pretty aggressive about getting their guys moved up the ladder. Boehner is definitely going to face a tough vote, and quite frankly, I am not as convinced as he is that he will win.

Talk about a ring of fire.

When he gets pwned by the Christofascists again, the Weeping Cheeto is about to go get dunked in some more Chivas Regal.

Oompah! Loompah!
Dupe-ity tea!
