did a piece on the zero votes for Romney (and somewhat matching McCain results) in the 59 Philly divisions. These 59 divisions represent a very low 3.5% of the total 1687 divisions in the city. Divisions are variable, but account for about 600 voters each, of which about 200-300 actually vote. Additionally, many of these divisions have no or single-digit registered Republicans.

Apparently O’Lielly’s definition of “voter fraud” is anyone who chooses the Democratic candidate. Go away, Bill, you are increasingly irrelevant to those of us who prefer to live in the real world.
What the GOP masters know about the GOP base, and Bill-O is definitely one of them despite his frequent protestations to the contrary, is that any false meme implanted in their tiny brains will long outlive any contradictory evidence, no matter how often that evidence is given nor how strong that evidence may be. It will be forever lodged in Bill-O’s and all the other GOPbots’ minds out there that there was massive voter fraud that led to R-Money’s ignominious defeat. That incompetent black president was able to manipulate the national elections without a massive conspiracy of hordes of election officials who would spill the beans. Obama is, they must admit, a remarkable guy.
Instead of, “Oh, here’s an interesting thing. Let’s see if we can make sense of it,” they think, “Oh, here’s an interesting thing. Let’s see if we can turn it into right-wing propaganda.”
