Kristol is probably feeling a little vulnerable since he wasnât out there defending Cliven Bundy when that story broke. Instead of seeing that as something to be proud of, he realizes heâs got to prove his right-wing bona fides on race by poo pooing Sterlingâs remarks now.

Kristol has never âdoneâ anything with his pathetic life. For instance, heâs never served in the military. Instead he earns his keep by âsayingâ stuff that other people should go do for him. Like, invade Iraq. So itâs only natural he wants immunity for the words people say.

I wonder if Mr. Kristol would have been so cavalier if Mr. Sterling were a WASP and had made the same remarks only the remarks were equally antisemitic. I guess he thinks that itâs different if his remarks are only about other abused minority groups.

Mr. Kristol, the especially egregious issue is the OWNER of the company/business/team is the one saying this. What? Is the General Manager or Coach going to boot him out the door or put the team up for sale? Granted, if the NBA looked at the Clipperâs back office and found few/no minorities, would you accept de facto guilt on the part of Sterling, or would the DA still need to âproveâ discrimination since his only problem was being seen in public with blacks?
