Discussion: Biden Says He 'Would Like To See A Woman Get Elected' President (VIDEO)

Might he have spoken with Snarly Fiorina or Michelle Squawkman in mind?

Or WasillaBilly Barbie perhaps?

Hmmmmmmmmmm…

It’s so hard to tell who he meant!

Oh man…I don’t think the Bernie folks are going to be to pleased with Uncle Joe over this.

I love the part where his handlers realize where he is going and try to shut it down, only to have Joe brush them aside and continue to go precisely there.

BAM!!

I’m going to miss Joe a lot. I find him one of the most endearing figures in DC - he’s always one step away from creating a disaster with something he’s said or some woman he’s flirted with, but I absolutely love him for it.

And cue the Bernie bros slamming Biden for his ties to the credit card companies in 3…2…1…

Back when I was in my early 50s (or thereabouts), I started thinking how much I’d like to live long enough to see the United States elect as President someone who wasn’t a white man. Well, I got to vote for a black man twice, and I hope to cast my vote for a woman in November and see her inaugurated next January.

And, no, I’d never back anybody (or vote against anybody) solely on the basis of race or gender or anything else. But – golly! – it’s icing on the cake to see increasing diversity among elected officials!

In my lifetime we’ve never had a Presidential candidate with more experience than Hillary Clinton. She’s eminently qualified.

I’m finding myself feeling increasing glee at anything that displeases Sanders’s fans. Many of them are really becoming annoying with their whining.

Yeah, I’m sure he was thinking of those three, and a few more who come to mind. Yeah, right …

Bernie has always championed LGBT rights. Maybe it is time to exercise them. He could still get in on this.

But women’s rights? Yeah, sure, but they’re not a ā€œseriousā€ issue, then are they?

No more than non-existent racism.

I hope she takes him into her cabinet. He would be outstanding in a number of roles, and his expertise in foreign affairs is unparalleled.

One thought I had this morning: she should pick Michelle Obama as her running mate! (I know she’d never accept it, but what a hilarious election that would make for.)

The close bond between Obama and Biden is another unique aspect this administration. I cried like I’d lost a family member when Beau Biden died.

A feature, not a bug.

Then they need to grow a pair. After all, he owed them one, after the ā€˜Hillary’s new to caring about income inequality’ thing.

I am gonna miss this guy.

Well, to be fair, I think Bush 1 probably had more boxes checked off just going by what would be on paper, no? I mean, distinguished WWII military service, House Rep., Ambassador to the UN, diplomatic liaison to China, Director of the CIA and VP?

Que the Bernie Bros screaming and ā€œrending their clothingā€ about ā€œHow DARE HE have an opinion!ā€
He is an Oligarch Tool of the Oppressors! (and always has been.)
A Puppet of the Big Banks (probably) and he is too corrupt to see the GENIUS of Saint Bernie of the Sanders.
Meanwhile, the Hillary supporters will howl ā€œFOUL!ā€ because he says: ā€œNo, I don’t think she’s held to a higher standard,ā€ and claim it’s just ā€œsour grapesā€ because she boxed him out of this years election and beat him in 2008.
You just can’t win Joe.
