I hope the CIA has the information as well. It will shed light on Oleg Deripaskaâs vise-like grip on the Preshitident and the Republican Party.
Thereâs something really âoffâ about this whole affair. Iâm sceptical. It has a âstaged for someoneâs benefitâ aura about it. Mueller probably knows.
I genuinely expected them to kill her but apparently sheâs managed to raise her international profile to the point where outright assassination or disappearance isnât an option.
She needs a taste tester in Russia.
âdid not want any more trouble.â
More like she didnât want to find out what Novichok smells like.
As I understand it, she was detained in Russia on a flight connected to another destination. Who did she speak with before that flight originated?
I agree â after all the âIâm so scaredâ stuff, and marched off with handcuffs and then the âarraignmentâ on TV, and now sheâs talking about it?
Something stinks.
She gave them the goods to save her life⌠But she will still meet a mysterious end, I predict, though not soon, only after she thinks they made the deal in good faith.
The only way anything she says would seem to have value is if she was interviewed by our people before she landed in Russia.
Unless you bring in the Saudis.
We donât need Nastya Rybkaâs testimony to nail the Trump crew. I donât want her to be at risk in Putinâs games. Let her get home to Belarus safely. Let the media start pounding the WH with the question, âWhat did the President know and when did he know it?â and follow it up with investigative reporting. Weâll be ok.
The business with Trump Tower, Junior and the Phone call looked initially to me as a marker. My wife talks often about exchanges and compromises.
I can see the conversation at a secluded location:
âOkay!! I did it. Now leave me the fuck alone.â
She and her boyfriend seem to have day jobs as some sort of sex guru hustlers, and the whole thing reminds of the LâAffaire Balloon Boy.
Anastasia Vashukevich has claimed she had 16 hours of audio and video of
Deripaska, who is close to President Vladimir Putin, talking about interference
in the U.S. election. She has also posted videos of Deripaska discussing
U.S.-Russia ties with a senior government official.
Not very hard to make copyâs of copyâs âŚâŚ just sayinâ â
If she stored this alleged video on her phone, someone(s) already has it. Nothing on a phone is safe, secure or private.
Even if these conversations were gathered via phone and then later archived and deleted, there is still a copy âout thereâ.
Did you ever read the âwe need access to yourâŚâ on virtually every phone app? Just ask Stone about the iCloud.
This is to every news outlet except (AP):
Dear Media - Do not fall for this story. This woman is a fraud. Itâs Hitler Diaries. No way would she have this stuff, or be alive if she had. Vashukevich is Russian for âred herringâ
Please investigate the actual wrong doing of the president and his cronies.
That is All.
Hortense R. Corvidae
This has the deja vu feel of the Dan Rather/W/National Guard phony letter. I agree, ignore and move on.
Donât ever live in Russia, 'mkay?
I think this was the goal all along - (if any of this is true) - to get her to turn over any information she had to Putin. This keeps it out of Muellerâs hands but permits Putin the ability to use it against Trump.
Of course, as others have observed here, itâs impossible to tell what is really going on here.
