Apparently, Barr picked the meanest sonuvabitch he could find – hoping that Durham will throw the book at McCabe et al if any of them jaywalked.

What sweet irony it would be if he ended up indicting Nunes and found more evidence of obstruction. But I doubt that’ll happen. Durham seems like striver – a Javert whose being shown that every “Deep State” agent indicted is a rung up the professional ladder.
