Barr is a full-on 2020 Trump campaign surrogate.

Barr is a complete hack. When the Mueller Report comes out, Barr is going to be pressed by Trump to make people like Comey, McCabe, Strzok and Hillary targets of an investigation and push for indictments. 'Lock ‘em up’ is going to be a big theme of the 2020 campaign.

I guess at this point if you aren’t itching to reveal your most contemptible, traitorous side, you don’t join the Trump administration.

Unitary Executive Theory? Even John Mitchell wasn’t on board with that one, you just did the crimes and hoped not to get caught.

And only Nixon could have been ensnared in the Watergate net. His White House planned the most extensive criminal campaign ever conceived in American politics. His former attorney-general, John Mitchell, authorized it.

Wasn’t there a FISA warrant on Carter Page? The FBI was legally spying on the trump campaign, because they’d convinced a federal judge that there were national security reasons to do so.

The pressure has already worked - Barr basically just said he will conduct the investigation Trump wants and he expects it to show that some in the FBI and elsewhere spied on the Trump campaign illegally . . . . . I honestly can’t believe I’m writing this from the US Attorney General.

Barr can stage an investigation and then smear their reputations without indicting them, which could backfire. It’d be like Comey did to Hillary.

Ooopps ! …

did I just SAY that ? ? …

I think Barr will run into the same dead end that the others, like Nunes, have. It will only further expose just how compromised Trump was. In fact, the Mueller Report likely does go to the ‘oranges’ of the investigation. So this is a lot of subterfuge intended for Trump to hold his Fox News crowd behind him.

Note to the IC: If you see a presidential campaign making contacts with foreign government actors on the lowdown, just ignore it. Mustn’t spy!

Attorney General William Barr said he thinks that “spying did occur” by intelligence agencies on the Trump campaign in 2016 during an appearance Wednesday before the Senate Appropriations Committee.

“I’m not suggesting that those rules were violated but I think it’s important to look at that. And I’m not talking about the FBI necessarily, but intelligence agencies more broadly.”

Sure you are, asshole. This line has been trotted out since day one by your party, and it’s been pretty thoroughly debunked, including by yourselves when you released the release-the-memo memo.

Geez, who wants to live in a country where you can’t even secretly talk to Russian spies while you’re running for President ?

So there was no collusion, and if there was, it would be illegal to find out about it…

William Barr has become a political hack with no morals. He is selling out the republic to the Russians.
