The former judge has not been charged with a crime.
Why the hell not? What’s it take in this country for a perp like this to be immediately charged with obvious crimes?
This is clearly all President Obama’s fault.
He won’t ever seek public employment again. I guess that makes it all O.K. We can all just forget it ever happened… I bet that is exactly what the sick, twisted monster is thinking.
Which bathroom is he allowed to use?
It’s Arkansas, and he’s white.
Where do they find these people?
Typical.
You can never go wrong blaming Obama!
In the bathroom that matches their birth gender, i.e. the men’s room, bumping heels.
The things that evolved to make men the superior hunter and breeder also also unfortunately seems to have made some of us sick bastards sexually.
The line in the story should have read, “The former judge has not yet been charged with a crime.” I guarantee you, he will be. But prosecutors don’t like to jump too quickly - they investigate, sift through the evidence, figure out what criminal statutes apply, and produce an indictment that covers the entire waterfront.
Indeed. They just wanted him off the bench immediately.
Is he a Republican?
“…the judge had not recused himself from a case involving a woman who is related to a man with whom Boeckmann allegedly had a long-term intimate relationship.”
'Cuz only the Supreme Court can get away with that shit. Looking at you Slappy, Scalia, and Alito!
OK, England, you’re officially no longer exceptional.
Judge Dreadful.
I wouldn’t get too excited; some of those same prosecutors were no doubt complacent with the judge’s antics. Every case this guy has touched needs to have the verdict vacated and the case reopened, and I guarantee you there will be a lot of people who for one reason or another are going to be very resistant to that. People are going to learn more about their justice system than they ever wanted to know.
Most likely. If we was a democrat they would have mentioned it in the article.
Am I out of line to wonder if this judge is a republican? I’ve searched but cannot find.
Tough to find out. It’s an elected position, so you’d think it would be easy to hunt down, but it’s not. Apparently, the election of judges in AR is officially non-partisan - the candidates don’t declare their party allegiances.
It’s a heavily Republican area, though, so odds are…
