Go for it, Bernie! Looking forward to the debate.
Amen!
Yank Hillary so far to the left it makes her stomach churn!
Good and good luck. Bernie has my support, mental, emotional, and financial, until the day he decides to drop out, then I will switch to full Clinton support.
Bernie shares about 90% of my politics, secretary Clinton closer to 60%.
All the GOPers are somewhere around 1%.
The primary is the place where we show Clinton there is fire on her left that she needs to recognize and at least partially embrace.
same here except my percentages are closer to bernie 100% and gop 0%.
John Anderson 1980!… er… Bernie Sanders 2016!
Doesn’t make much sense.
John Anderson was a moderate GOPers with a thin record of accomplishment.
Bernie is independent but wont run as an independent in the general, unlike Anderson.
Bernie’s politics are pretty damn good. Anderson was watered down GOPerism.
Not seeing it.
Isn’t that a beautiful smile, full of fine social progressive teeth? GO BERNIE GO!
Woohoo! This is the best news I’ve heard in the political world in quite a while. Bernie on the bully pulpit is exactly what we need.
We’ve got Warren doing what she does best. It’s obvious she’s exactly where we need her this election cycle.
The only thing that would make me happier is if Robert Reich were his running mate. Now that’s a team I’d give up work to campaign for.
I voted for John Anderson!
Do you remember who his running mate was? Former Wisconsin Governor Patrick Lucey, who died just about a year ago. Anderson is still around at age 93.
Let’s hope not! Have to laugh though, poor Hillary can’t hide behind the couch any longer. She’ll have to move so far left now she’ll look like a commie!
The Dems damn well better have someone else running. HRC is old enough that the probability of a major health issue in the next 18 months is far from negligible.
The Democratic debates will no doubt be informative, civil, and address important policy issues. Therefore the MSM will largely ignore them. However, Fox, MSNBC and CNN, will no doubt monitor the feed and will cut in if O’Malley or Sanders mentions Benghazi, E-mail,Vince Foster, or Blue Dresses.
Hallelujah!
Testify, Brother Sanders!

Me, too. It was my virgin election, and, boy, was my inexperience obvious. I’d already broken away from my parents’ allegiance to the Republican party, so I got that part right. However, I didn’t trust Carter, because he was “born again” (please do your laughing offline), and I had that youthful and naive belief that whatever political dissatisfactions I had would be solved by a third party.
Finally. Maybe we have some hope of debating some issues. O’Malley you’re next.
John Anderson ran as an independent after he didn’t get the GOP nomination in 1980. I don’t think Bernie will do the same.
Indeedy. And turns her Muscular Military Interventionism as soft as a baby’s bottom.
Unless you’ve heard from some well-informed source that she has a major health issue, oh, I don’t know, an undetected embolism perhaps, she doesn’t have any health issues. Assuming she’s well, her life expectancy is about 17 years, and Saint Ronnie was the same age 69, when he was elected with a life expectancy of 11 years. So the health issue is in fact negligible.

I think Bernie’s a long-shot, but the debate will be good for Democrats. Probably I’d vote for Bernie if he stays in long enough to make my state’s caucus.
