Rep. Omar may have plenty of reason to write a book at this early stage of her time in Congress, since she is a refugee, and her life story prior to being elected to Congress is something that all of us might benefit from reading. Why would I want to read a book about AOC after a couple of months in Congress? To relive the Epic Tale of how she beat the low hanging fruit of Joe Crowley in a low turnout primary? And why would a serious politician, with long term intentions of being a serious politician retain a Talent Agency?
