Discussion: AOC Hits Back At Trump After He Half-Quotes Her On Twitter

The way you really get under Trump’s skin is to ignore him. The best defense is success. You do you, AOC. Ignore the orange baboon.

Mr. President, you’re from Queens.

Not being a New Yorker, is this some type of insult? Would it be worse if he were from Long Island? I’m baffled here.

He half quotes her because it’s more than he can handle to summon the full quote:

TRUMP SPEAKS AT FOURTH-GRADE LEVEL, LOWEST OF LAST 15 U.S. PRESIDENTS, NEW ANALYSIS FINDS

… I agree, and that is the only reason they play the impeach card, which cannot be legally used!

2 years, 143 days, 7 hours, 13 minutes and 5 seconds of Trump being president and he still hasn’t learned a thing.

And because he is a half-wit.

Trump claims to be a New Yorker. Non-New Yorkers hear that as “Manhattan.” Queens is the Podunk of the Five Boroughs.

They’re from neighboring boroughs.

Thanks.

AOC can handle herself on Twitter. She is a master. Trump would be wise to leave her alone.

Uh no. Staten Island is the podunk of the 5 Boroughs.

Because that’s about the level at which the minions communicate. It’s the same as in NY where the Times writes at a Senior High level and the Post writes at a fourth grade level. Why? Because education has no value and stupid rules.

In addition to the comments already made, I think AOC’s point was that the Traitor-in-Chief’s bullshit may fool a bunch of people from the Midwest, etc., but people from Queens, and NYC in general, are onto his bullshit, and have been for decades. In addition, he has been trying for decades to pass himself off as a Manhattan elite (whatever that means), but the real elite – Manhattanites who actually ARE rich, not more-or-less broke, like the Liar-in-Chief – wouldn’t give him the time of day.

AOC would make a great Speaker of The House.

Allow her to sit at the learning table with Nancy a while longer.

As would Schiff.

My apologies. I grew up in Harlem (that’s technically Manhattan, Mr. Trump) and I’ve only been to Staten Island once. It was a nice section, so my perspective was apparently skewed. OTOH, I’ve been to Queens far too many times to visit relatives. When the last of them died, I never returned . . . or wanted to.

Either that, or to make fun of him. Repeatedly. Loudly. On something about which he thinks he’s a stud (which is probably everything, unfortunately).

“Hey, Baldy! Why do you have to keep paying women for sex? Is it because they demand a finder’s fee for trying to locate your teeny-tiny dinky?”
and so forth

Trying to make sense out of Trump’s tweets is usually an exercise in futility, but his statement in the tweet cited in this article that impeachment “can not legally be used” ties in to the question I’ve had as to whether Barr and the administration contend that Barr’s “decision” that Trump didn’t obstruct justice, somehow bars congress from using obstruction as a basis for impeachment as Trump has already been found innocent–at least by Barr. Doesn’t make a bit of sense that the attorney general could decide that for congress or that the Supreme Court would use that as any kind of basis to get in the middle of a congressional decision on impeachment, but that at least seems to be what the argument is.

But the METS are in Queens! That counts for something!
